Heavy duty, Difficult tile install

"The item is of high quality, heavy duty construction and quality finish unlike many of the "off the shelf" towel bars. These will last forever. They install with a "pro" mounting that should be very impressive and easy to work with. However, Moen does not include clear instructions, or a tile mount option, only drywall. I had to alter the mounting hardware, and because the bracket has two little teeth in the back to grip drywall I cannot get a solid mount onto the tile. The brackets cannot be tightened down enough and the hanger twists when used."
