"We had a plumber install this product in our new wetbar. It is a solid piece of hardware that looks and works great. The plumber was happy that the hoses were extra long to accomodate the thick granite countertop. It's fun watching people try to figure out how to turn it on since tipping the handle front to back changes hot to cold, but you have to tip the handle away from the faucet to actually get water."
