"I love the faucet. I had some sticker shock related to bathroom remodeling. I was even more shocked when I realized this is just a trim kit and I had to buy the valve separately. I guess I'm just cheap. I am also very picky.
THE GOOD: The finish is great. The trim kit is Heavy for its size and has a lot of class in a subtle way. I ended up getting more moen creative specialty parts to match after returning some cheaper stuff, towel racks etc. The separate valve makes installation a snap.
THE BAD: when I initially turned the handles they seemed to flex a little making it seem cheap for the money. I resolved this by tightening the base of the trim kit down TIGHTLY to the sink top. Most of the flex went away. I have to say that the trim kit/separate valve thing that I initially questioned is very easy and well designed to fit many applications and VERY easy to adjust etc. SOLID THICK BRASS being key."
