"This has no value for the price. I had to pay an additional 60.00 for the plumbing rough in. Buy something that has everything, overall its pretty not the price for a MOEN."

"I bought this product in satin(brushed) nickel and I like the look of it with our granite countertops and undermount sinks. These are substantial and heavy. I'm sure they will last for years."

"We put in marble countertops, and our contractor had no trouble installing this faucet. It looks great, and every piece has some real weight. Nothing plastic about them."

rough-in is not easy

"A very nice looking faucet, but rough-in is not easy ! First off, I am not a weekend warrior, but a Maintenance Technician by trade. If you have stone countertops, check your distance to the backside of your undermount sink from the center of the rough in valves. There can be precious little room to tighten the brass nut. We had to make a wrench to tighten the brass nuts on the valves, since there was not room to use a basin wrench. The tool to to tighten the center mixing valve is not included with either the valve kit, or the trim kit. it's sold as an accessory, which is not listed as being needed on this site to install the rough in valve. We had to order the wrench seperately and wait for it's delivery to install the mixing chamber. The tool we had to purchase after the fact, broke on the second sink trying to tighten the center mixing chamber. it's made of cheap plastic. The quick connect tubes on the valves also have to be turned slightly at an angle to allow the hose quick connect to snap on, not like in the illustration. Try calling Moen for help and wait over 2 hours for a call back. Hope you're doing the installation your self and not paying a Plumber to set around, waiting on the call back."
