"I researched this purchase thoroughly and FaucetDirect offered the best price by far. I called before making the purchase to find out if I truly needed one or two things that were also offered for purchase. Brent was courteous yet quite friendly and told me that unless I was dealing with certain plumbing conditions, I would not have to buy these extra things. I ordered the unit while still on the line with him; it arrived within a couple of days and was easy to install. I bought it as a gift for my picky husband; our old one pretty much stopped grinding things up. As he first tried the new one thinking it was the old one, his reaction was "geez, it can't be working at all now because I can't hear anything!" Thanks for a great product at a fantastic price."

"The InSinkErator Septic Assist has bee one of the best kitchen investments. It is QUIET! So much so, you really have to listen to see if it's on. The installation was very straightfoward, our plumber did have to return to remove the drain plug because our dishwasher would not drain, but that appears to be the fault of the plumber, not disposal."
