"I bought this product after a lot of research. Performs better than I expected. I installed it in my home, 2 full baths, and did not add a water recirc. So far, we love it. Pros - hot water for as long as you want and temp more accurately controlled. It's also cheaper to run. Cons - You do have to wait an additional 20 to 30 seconds the first time you turn the hot water on if it's been off for awhile. If you barely turn the water on it will not turn the unit on(this has never been a problem for us). I've had the wife in the shower, the dish washer on, started the washer and open the valve at the kitchen sink and she never noticed. Not sure why anyone would want a tank model now."
