"We had been unable to fine this part locally and not even the plumbing stores carried them. The cost of shipping was well worth getting the parts. We were able to fix two of our facuets. Disappointed that we had to repair them since they are just 4 yrs old. We thought they were a better facuet then that when we built our new home."
