"I ordered Kohler fixtures for a complete bathroom remodel. Everything in the Devonshire line in brushed bronze finish. The look,the performance and ease of installation is First Rate. The best part is the customer service of Faucet Direct and Kohler I ordered the KT-395-4 as the description did not specify a tub spout slip fit installation and received a screw on tub spout. I called Pete in customer service and received the proper spout n/c in 5 days.At the last step of installation ,I found Iwas short a plasic washer for mounting the tub handle. I called Kohler and received the part asap. After dealing with FD thru a kitchen and bath remodel, they are only company I will deal with for my master bath remodel coming up."
