"I received my Kohler faucet within a week of ordering it. It's beautiful, and very well made. There were a few pieces that the plumber had to attach in order for it to connect to the existing pipes, but they were standard pieces that the plumber had on hand.
I'm going to order 2 more sets for another bathroom."

"When I inquired about ordering this faucet from a local supplier I was told that it was back ordered and they did not have any idea of when I would receive it. I ordered it from Faucet Direct...received it quickly and it was much less expensive. It is a very good faucet and looks great in the bathroom!"

"We just built a house and the oil rubbed bronze fixtures were 1,000 upgrade per fixture. I bought 2 faucets, tub faucet, 2 towel racks and a toilet paper holder for about 850.00. We're very happy with the look and the price. Shipping was also great...3 days."
