"The product arrived quickly, no problem for installer, looks good, and is working well. The water pressure is great, whether on steady stream or shower style. The only problem was that in stopping it there was a knocking sound. The solution was that the joint in the hose was hitting the floor of the sink cabinet. This was repositioned and it is now a smooth shut-down - no noise."
