"the product looks great, but in a commercial situation....we used it at a golf course club house....it always looks cluttered with the excess toilet paper always hanging from the stem. we turned these sideways and they seem to work alot better. these were architect spec'd, but the owners really didn't care for the look and clutter when mounted in the vertical position"
