Very big disappointment

"First of all, I purchase this Rheem GT-199PV-NG commercial unit thinking it can replace my tank unit that burst couple month back. This unit give out fairly hot water, but it doesn't reach the high temperature that it said in the control. I tried this with a thermometer on all my kitchen sink faucets.
The unit installed by itself barely gives out enough hot water to operate in two sinks, if more than two sinks are on, the hot water flow will slow down and become just warm water.
I was very disappointed, I spend another 1000 just to get a 50 gallon water heater to support with it but it doesn't work.
I really tried to make it work, I purchased one of those hot water storage tank unit on ebay but some how the water flow that pass through Rheem unit becomes too small, and can't give out enough hot water. I have health department checked my restaurant this week and they give me one month to get my water heater to work.
I have spend over another $700 on this unit just to install it and REMEMBER BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS ITEM YOU NEED TO BUY THE VENT KIT it cost like $300 and getting those license plumber to installed it cost another $400 and that was pretty cheap already.
I tried all ways to keep this unit but there is no way I can make it work and I'm not sure if faucetdirect.com allow return after more than a month of trying already.
In total I spend around 3000 to make this unit work and it doesn't.
