Great space saver

"I have three of these around the house serving as low-flow hot water point-solutions. You need to be careful installing them above 35° north latitude because the ground water temperature gets very cold in the winter up there. I'm at 39° and had to install flow restrictors inline with these heaters to prevent water from flowing through faster than the device can heat it. Aside from that minor design consideration, I am very happy with the space savings. I was able to get rid of a huge tank water heater that took up an entire closet. I now use that closet as my kitchen pantry."
