"The Danze unit which I bought came quickly and in perfect condition, ready to install. So far it has proven to be an attractive high-quality addition to our laundry sink."

"installs easily, no problems with leaks. fitup with the sink deck was just fine. the faucet itself is very solid. also comes with a separate adapator for use with a garden hose. the faucet is long enough to extend nicely over the middle of the laundry sink. this is the 7th danze faucet I've bought and have had no problems with any of them."

"First of all, price is not an issue with me. I'm a plumber, we sell and promote professional grade products, not cheap junk or the look-alike things you find at home centers. So, when I had a customer who wanted a laundry facuet with wrist blade handles, my local supply house suggested Danze. I'd never used the product before and was reluctant but was assured it was a quality product. I ordered it from FaucetsDirect.com because they could have it to me faster than my local supply house. I installed it and it immediately had a leak. Appears the leak was coming from the body of the faucet near the spout, has a casting defect. I called Danze customer service who said they'd send out a new cartridge and spout o-rings to try even though I explained to them exactly where the leak was coming from. My local Danze rep told me he couldn't help me because I had bought online.
Also, the parts were not in USA, had to be shipped from Montreal and took weeks to finally arrive. Second complaint is the chrome faucet deck is very thin and distorts when you tighten the faucet to the sink. I tightened the faucet nuts under the sink and deck distorted so much that the bottom of the handles were rubbing the deck plate and couldn't turn the faucet on or off.
This Danze faucet was a total disappointment and waste of my time. As a professional, I can't waste time with junk like this faucet.
I immediately removed the faucet, installed a tried and true Delta laundry faucet and returned the next day to install Delta wrist blade handles."

"I've been looking for a laundry faucet that had an aerator with extended handles to minimize the splashing and to easily shut/open the faucet while my hands are dirty from painting or gardening. The Danze product fit my needs perfectly"
