"The first one arrived shattered, despite there being no noticeable damage to the outer carton. The next one arrived in perfect condition, despite it's box looking like a roadside bomb hit it... My point is, Toto packaging could be better. The bowl itself works great. It looks nice and it uses very little water. We're happy with it. My contractor said it was a project to install though."
