Excellent product, excellent company

"Pluses:
- High quality product.
- Installs easily.
- Easy to adjust what hours recirculator is on and off.
- Performs as advertised.
- Very responsive customer support.
Negatives:
- Expensive solution just to get instant hot water. But sometimes convenience costs money. We used to let the hot water run for 10+ minutes before showering, etc. Now it's very quick. We're very happy.
- ACT-909 maintains temperature at about 95C, not the water heater maximum temp. Takes a minute or two to reach maximum.
- No mounting bracket, but company mailed us one immediately at no charge.
- No instructions, but again, company mailed them to us."
