"Faucet looks good, but one of two we ordered had a defective cartridge and we had to go through Delta warranty service for a replacement part. Also, these faucets have a mix of plastic and metal piping, and the seal where they meet can be unreliable; didn't know that from the description; had our plumber switch out the plastic parts at installation."

Great faucet, whimpy pop up and drain

"I like the style and quality of the faucet itself but when it came time to install the pop up drain and downspout, it became clear I had to purchase a better one from Kohler. The drain rim that installs in the sink hole is too small of a diameter and had too much play, the overflow holes are too high for my sink and the pipe to the trap is plastic and too short. I also had to correct the bend of the pop up rod to clear my backsplash. The Kohler pop drain assembly I purchased was a huge improvement."
