"Overall I am very happy with the faucets I purchased. I had a problem with a leak when I installed one of the two I purchased. I contacted Delta and told them of two possible problems and they agreed without hesitation to send me both parts. The problem was the time it would take to receive the items, 10 days to two weeks; they will e-mail me when shipped. That was 9 days ago and still no notice. I worked further to resolve the problem and found it to be an o-ring which I purchased at Lowes. I just feel with a new installation they should have been more willing to seend it faster. When questioned, I was told I could write corporate and were unwilling or unable to furnish a phone number. All is working well now, but frustrating until I figured it out."
