Looks good, but not much water comes through

"I bought this shower head thinking that I don't need a fancy head as I never use the other features. When I first received the shower head I was impressed with its weight and looks.
However, once the head was installed and I tried it out, it was very disappointing due to its low water flow rate. I tend to take longer showers now trying to get that refreshed feeling, but never quite get there. So there isn't any water being saved."
